Default rear light mod

I added the hd rear light mod (brake, run, turn signal) no problems with that but when i opened up the seat on the 09 fatbob i found a extra wire not connected to anything? has a gray connector on it ? anyone have any idea what this is for.
I order the service manual but it has not come yet.
thanks for any info

That is an accessory plug. You are good to go.

Joeone,
How does that look on the bike? I am thinking about doing the same, but the only pics I can find are of the new Sporty Iron that come with these. Can you post some pic's?

One of the unused connectors is the jiffy stand sensor. The sensor is only on HDI models but the connector is still there for it. As mentioned there's the accessory connector. Somewhere there is also a connector for the siren.
