horizontally to the vehicle ground and may not be adjusted or capable of
being flipped up. No device for or method of concealing or obscuring the
legibility of the license tag of a motorcycle shall be installed or used.

So AdrianVail would that be BEFORE or AFTER you repaint the bike?

Now I'm confused... is it lifted or not?

I've had my vertical tag on for quite a while now. No problems so far.

Default FL plate law???

It's lifted. I just wanted to show the old law. I just found out and I today rotated my license plate VERTICALLY..ooh!

Got pulled over yesterday, and nothing was said about my tag. My speed was a whole other issue, though...

Hahaha! nice.. where are you at? Its about a 5 minute ride from where I'm at to the beach. Its nice!
