Default Fla vertical tag law
Thanks ABATE! The verbage has been changed to allow vertical tags back on motorcycles. Bummer on everyone that got a ticket over that silly law. I saw Daytona cops passing them out like it was candy.

sweet! I just put one on my bike and I have no Idea if its legal in Arkansas, but seems how I drove around for 5,000 miles with no tag at all, I doubt they will give my crap for a side mount. knock on wood

Wait... but it doesn't specifically say that the law has been lifted.. I mean, is there any other statute saying that its legal now or that its been lifted or anything of the sort? I REALLY need to be sure, as I REALLY don't want a $1,200 ticket.

Florida Statues are the law. Plus I called a cop shopped and confirmed.
