The tank is the SB/LR tank with the 08 FXDSE dash on it from what I can tell.
Yes. I stopped in and sat on one, and started it up. It has a very comfortable seating position (with forward controls at least). It looks decent, but I prefer my 09' Street Bob. The exhaust note on the stock pipes SUCK!!!! Very quiet and meek! They say if you can't walk away from it, you should buy it. I found it very easy to walk away from. It's just lacking defining lines and character. I was expecting more. The 21" front black wheel is it's best feature.
Just realize there were other changes besides the cosmetic ones.
The rake is still 34 degrees. The trail increased from 5.1 to 5.2
Fuel capacity is reduced from 5.1 to 4.7 gals
Seat height is 2" lower
Ground clearance is 1" lower
Lean angles are reduced from 35/32 to 28.4/31.9

A true Wide has Apes, Chrome, and a Bobbed Rear. MoCo gets points for their price point, but that's all from me...wouldn't want one, no thank you please.
The probably should have called it a WideBob - or something along those lines.
I don't care for the black covers and risers, the rest is OK.
