I just relocated my front turn signals to the front forks. In the process I striped on of the clamps bolts that tightens them to the forks. I don't have a thredder to fix this. Any ideas on how to fix with out replacing?
I used the HD relocation kit, dropped the bike, broke one, bought another set (another $55) and put it on. I had a hard time getting tight because I heard of people snapping the clamp (can't weld cast aluminum.
If I had it to do over, I'd do the "Under $50" suggestion. Check it out.

put some jb weld on the threads and put the bolt in...might work...don't know
I did the same thing, PITA. Open up the sig housing, get some slack with the wires and pull out the actual assembly. Put a nut on the inside of the housing with some loctite and tighten. Worked fine for me.
Mind you, at that point I havent heard about cold welding epoxy, I probably would have used that. Because adjustment of my method would mean taking it all apart again.
Also, make sure you make a note of the orientation of the of the 2 connection points, or your sigs will flash incorrectly as your running light filament will be switched with your signal filament.
