what lenght are your ohlin's.
did you get them form, howard, motorcycle metal.
are they #3-#4?
i like they way it sit's.
does it handle well?

Have a dilemma, all the covers are coming off my fxd, out with the grey in with black, engine covers, belt guard, strut covers, horn and air cleaner, pipes, sissy bar, u get the idea, was planning on all gloss black powder coat but I like wrinkle and flat as well might do a combination. any photos of gloss and flat/wrinkle mixed out there, someone who maybe had my same dilemma....

Go down to the Harley shop and look at a Blackline. Its a mix of gloss, satin, and wrinkle blacks with some chrome throw in for good measure. Personally I don't like the mix and match. Looks like someone just grabbed what ever they could fined and slapped it together.

heres my blacked out motor, the lower rockers are being re powdered but once those are done the black lifter blocks will be installed also.
