Default Seat Question

I currently have the stock seat on my 06 WideGlide and was wanting to get the Touring seat or pillow seat. I also have the quick detachable sissybar. The passenger pillion on the Touring seat is listed as 12 inches and the Pillow is 10 inches. The width between the detachable sissy bar plates is about 8 - 9 inches. Question I have is the pass pillion shorter on the Tour seat or the pillow so that it doesn't extend through the sissy bar uprights? The Pass pillion on the stock seat extends between the uprights but it"s only 7 inches wide.

I don't have the QD sissy bar, but I do have the Touring seat. Here's a few pix; maybe they'll help...
