Default Footpegs - Torque?

I have an 07 street bob with mid mount pegs. I've looked thru my service manual and can't find it anywhere. So how tight do you have your footpegs? Seems like if I over tighten vibrations get bad in the pegs. If I don't tighten as much as possible then the pegs are kind of loose inside the mounts.

I cant give you a torque value but I'll tell you what a Harley tech told me... that you dont want to overtighten the pegs, so they can move up easily if they hit the road surface when you're leaning in a turn. I use a little anti-seize on the pegs too.
