So I'm considering the following air cleaners - Arlen Ness Big Sucker, Roland Sands Venturi, Screaming Eagle Heavy Breather. Any pros or cons on any of these? Thanks.

Love my SE HB; no knee interference, and I like how I can hear the little slurps of air at low-speed as I putt-putt my way out of the parking lot at work. I think it looks cooler'n heck, too.
Check out Fuel Moto for the Stage 1 kit, I like the chrome backing plate. You then have a lot of options for the type of end cap you use. I'm not a fan of the snorkel with the 90 degree bend.

Exactly +1 Know a couple of guys that had problems with the AN big sucker the plate cracks.
I'm looking at all the different filters for my Heritage.
It looks like you'd be able to move more air with the SE, but with stock internals would it just be a waste? A stage 1 type would probably move more than enough air for stock cams. Price is not really an issue, it comes down to cosmetics for me I guess. I like the look of the Heavy Breather on some bikes but not sure how I'd like it on mine.
Right now I have SE Slip-ons on a stock tune. I have a PCIII coming.
Anybody go from Stage 1 to HB? Notice performance gains? I just don't want to do a filter and wish I'd done the HB later.

My Wide was Stg.1 in AZ before I bought it...fig'r'd I wouldn't have to remap going from the SE A/C to the HB. No issues at all, after the changeover. I'm not an aggressive rider so I probably wouldn't notice any performance gains if there were any to be had (I wouldn't expect any). I switched mostly for my knee's sake, then aesthetics; didn't like how the football hid so much engine, and I think the HB just looks tuff. As you can see here, tastes vary; decide what look you want and whether the ergonomics are right (if you don't have an issue with the football, you prob'ly won't have one with any others). I would recommend shopping ebay when you decide; I saved a third buying mine there and not being in a hurry.
