I know, back again. Just looking for a little more help in this topic(any incite would be appreciated) I talked to the Tech at Big City Thunder and he gave 2 options one being to cut down and re-weld the baffle in my Rush slip on muffler to make their product work & I don't like the sound of that.The other in to remove the baffle completely and insert their baffle into the head pipe (where the muffler attaches to the pipe-- Part # 2003 on their web site. He stated that this would work BUT it will be very loud.
Just looking for info on what you guys may have done to get a good sounding bike

Why do you need another set of baffles?
If you are looking for more backpressure and/or a way to take some crack out of a set of loud mufflers, a set of homemade lollipop baffles in front of your muffler will work. I run them in front of my mufflers.....I needed a little more restriction, when I went to True Duals...Anyway, they are nothing more than 1" washers with the hole welded shut welded on a 1/4" bolt stem. You can turn them to kinda tune them.

I gutted my SE slipons and hated them too flat and lost mt low end and mid range. BCT baffles are what I went with after tlkaing to Jim out there and I have no regrets!!!
