Default bike running leaner

it seems after the all the mods(stage 1,a/c,se2 pipes) my bike is starting to run much leaner than before
stalling when cold, slight hesitation on throttle, spark plugs seem whiter, more exhaust deposits, overall not the same bike
I still have the 8 degree injectors and am thinking of doing the pc 3 and dyno tune for remedy
should i switch out the injectors to the 25s as well my "can" is for 8 degree so would i need to change that also?
ALSO FOR GUYS IN MARYLAND I can either use frederick harley or eastren performance for the dyno...any feedback?

If you have done the air cleaner than you definitely need to get it enrichened. I am on the same path.
Annapolis just did the 25 injector swap for my bike. Many thanks to them! The bike doesn't cough thru
the air cleaner anymore and it is smoother. I also noticed that I can run the bike as low as 1900 rpm
and it doesn't protest. With the 8 degree injectors in 6th gear the bike wanted to be at least 57 mph,
about 2300 rpm.
I don't have any feedback on Eastern or Fredneck. Annapolis does PC III with no dyno.
Baltimore does SERT on dyno, I may end up going there. I will probably check with Zipper's
in Elkridge also, they have a good reputation from what I have heard.
FYI I had to put stock pipes back on to get them to evaluate need for 25 degree injectors.
I just got an e-mail from UPS telling me something is coming from Zanotti's..........
Hopefully my SERT and AC.
Does Eastern have a dyno?

They are one of the official Power Commander Tuning Centers, per the PC website:

"Power Commander Tuning Centers can optimize the fuel and ignition mapping for your motorcycle. They can also develop custom maps for special applications. All "Dynojet Approved Power Commander Tuning Centers" have the latest "state-of-the-art" Dynamometers and testing equipment. This includes the new Dynojet Model 250 Load-Control Dynamometer and the Dynojet realtime Air/Fuel Ratio module. In addition, these shops have successfully completed the Power Commander technician training course at Dynojet Research."

I'll be going there to get mine tuned.

I have exactly the same problem. I am going with the 25' injectors and a PC3. May as well do it all in one hit. I just wish I'd set it up that way to beginn with rather than wasting time with the download.

Mine should all get done next week.

Good luck

I hear you on the "waste of money on download" but I was warned on these forums
that the HD d/l sucked but hardhead me didnt listen so more paid training
and of course my wife thinks looks at me [sm=ummmmokay.gif] as I try to explain the need for the dyno and pc 3

I was in Ocean City, MD Sunday to Wednesday for a short vacation. Stopped by the dealer on rt50 and bought a shirt/hat and something for the grand-daughter.
Wish the weather was a little better. I should have given a shout to you MD's you could have ridden by the Marigot Condos.
