i love the look...and have ridden with them for nearly 3 years...but, they gotta go
they're bothering my back.... with the forward controls the way they are, all the support rests in your back.... i need to lean forward more to take some of the pressure off
was thinking Flanders TT-bars.... anyone have these on their dyna?
big difference.........with the forwards all our weight is sitting on your tailbone....puts a lot of strain on your lower back....combined with apes I can see that getting to you after a while......go back to the mids and throw a set of hiway pegs on there for when you feel like changing it up...you won't regret it

that totally makes sense... that's how i'm feeling
i think i'm gonna go back to the mids....BUT, i might just swap out the apes for some Flanders 18* drags just to change up the look, regardless
anyone got any suggestions on risers?.... 3, 4.5, or 6?

I think I saw someone selling some 06+ mid mounts in the classified section if you dont have the setup still.............I'd switch to the mids and then decide on the bars.....your seating position will change so that will make a difference on what bars are gonna work for you
and have 18" apes with forward controls. My bars are pushed all the way forward but for long road trips I pull them back . You might want to change the position of the bars before you change them out. And yes mid peg mounts help alot.
