Default apes gotta go....

i love the look...and have ridden with them for nearly 3 years...but, they gotta go

they're bothering my back.... with the forward controls the way they are, all the support rests in your back.... i need to lean forward more to take some of the pressure off

was thinking Flanders TT-bars.... anyone have these on their dyna?

Default Handlebar change

Hi, I have an '09 FXD and looked at alot of handlebars and settled on PN 56104-04. They are chrome and fit FXST softtail standard and Dyna. I like them because they have a better rise than stock and are about 3.5 inches wider. The only way I can describe the fit is that sitting on an FXD with these bars is very similar to the feel of sitting on a low rider. I hope this helps.

Sorry to hear that! Gotta make the ride more comfy for sure!! A nice set of night train bars would look good .

I've just fitted a set of fat bob bars and risers to my bob and totally love 'em.

Working in Switzerland this week but will post some pics when I get back at the weekend

ever think of going to the mid controls? I find it is much more supportive and takes a lot of the pressure off the lower back.....just a thought

I've got some Flanders flat track bars, I like em allot, much more comfortable at speed than the mini apes but then again I like mids too.

+1 on the mids. I think I'd go to mids before I dumped the apes. Loooove me apes!
