Dyno tune appt. set up for Friday at 9:00 am. I almost can't believe it's actually going to happen. Hope everybody's ready for the world to end between now Friday at 9:00 cause that's probably what's going to happen to keep me from having a bike that is quick and loud. Damn determinist universe.

I just got mine too. I paid more....$350. I got it from Biker's Blvd in Raleigh. they had it in stock...maybe I should have looked around, but I don't mind giving them the business to just take care of it. Supposedly my pipes (Bassani Pro 2-1) and air cleaner will be in Fri (we'll see)

So I will be FAST and LOUD as well.

Bob, are you going to have Bikers Blvd. set your bike up? If so keep me informed on the progress, I am here in Raleigh and am still debating over PCIII or TFI/DFO, so I can add different pipes. I just picked up a smoked laydown tail light from Bikers Blvd.Name: 100_0607.jpg

Yeah I'm having them do everything. I've window shopped there for years and they couldn't have been nicer, plus I've heard a few people say they were good and real staight (which is important to me).
I'll let you know

Too bad. I would've sold you mine for $250 to the door. Still in the package. Never been used. I went with the SERT even before I could take it outta the box. Lookin' to unload it if anyone else needs one.

Question for you guys.....I just ordered my PC III from Justin at FuelMoto.....great deal, great guy. He is going to bump rev limiter to 6200RPM and set up for my V&H slip ons and Ness Big Sucker intake. I am a little worried that set-up will be good enough since the Big Shot slip ons are new to market and worried about lean conditions. I am guessing that a free flow exhaust would be the same
across the board (more or less) no matter what brand. I do not have access to a Dyno. I hope to install and go. I have a trip planned
to Nova Scotia from NY 7/8 and would like to install before I go but would hate to have an issue on the road.
Second question is that since PC III does not use O2 sensors....do they need to be removed and plugged or can they stay put?
OK....One more.....did HD give you a hard time (warranty wise) if you installed yourself? Thanks and Ride Safe!!!!

My dealer did say that if they install it they warranty it. If not they may not. As far as being on the road somewhere I would think most Harley dealers would fix your bike under warranty no matter what pipes, A/C, fuel mgmt. you had.

Federal Law states that unless they perform the service for free, they can not require you to pay them to perform the service as a condition of the warranty. In other words, unless they are willing to do the service for free, you can do it yourself and not void the warranty. You will hear them, the service department, say something like, "If we perform the service, it will not void your warranty," which is correct. But that statement does not mean that not having them perform the service will void the warranty.

I asked my dealer what I would have to do to void my warranty. He said put in a cam. He opened the Screamin Eagle catalog and pointed to all the stuff with a green light and said that would be ok. Then he seemed to change his mind because some mild bolt in cams have the green light as well.....
