Here is the link for dyna full shield for your street bob. They sell them and people are buying them. Not everybody has the same motorcycle. Myself I would like one but the price is a little higher then I am looking for. Give me a nice swap meet.
Last riding season, I had alot of buffeting from under my detach windshield. Two things I have done this winter were to mount a tool bag in front, right under my headlight, and install Jackyl's 2" tank lift.
I have even been riding this year without the windshield and have not noticed nearly as much buffeting. It seems like the wind is going under the tank or whatever, but it isn't coming up into my face as much.
