I just recently purchased a PCV for my 2014 Ultra Classic. I had the stage 1 download installed. I have the stage 1 air filter and a set of take offs screaming eagle slip-ons. My question is would I have to take back to the dealer and reflash the ECM back to stock and then install the PC5 or can I just install the PC5 and install the O2 sensor blocks and download the maps. I have the program installed for the Power Command 5 on my laptop. I liked the idea that everytime I want to change something I don't have to take back to the dealer and pay all that money for a re-tune. Man that just get to expensive.

You do not need to get the stock map put back in before installing and updating the map with the PCV.
Thanks for the Reply Jay. I put the PCV on, and ran to Bikeweek 2017. I live here in florida. So it is a short run. It did pretty good. I need to call and find out what map to use. I have the Stage 1 air cleaner, and some take off screaming eagle slip ons for a CVO. Not sure which map to download and Install.
Makes no sense to me.
Thundermax AutoTune is all you should consider.
Sure it's a little more pricy.
But face it, If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.
So your solution is to replace the entire Delphi engine management system with an aftermarket system that dealers won't touch and very few indys want to get entangled with tech issues, such as idle issues, exhaust design (O2 sampling) issues.
There is a reason Zippers dropped the tech support for the product...maybe too much time on the tech line?
For an older, non closed loop bike this system will definitely work better than a best guess, canned map without a proper dyno tune to calibration the fueling and timing.

How long after buying a new bike can I start modding? SHould i wait to around 500 miles or is just hitting the 50 mile mark a good point? i know there is a break in period in the manual, so i won't be modding out the door. I will be doing V&H intake and big radius with a VH fuel pak first all in one go.
