I bought the speed kings full fender conversion “kit” to do the swap. The base plate I received would not sit flush with the fender. Saw a video online of a Conley’s fender and speed kings pass plate that worked without a flaw.
Did you also use a Conley’s fender?
No I bought a stock FB rear fender and then modified it. so it was hanging bout 4in. off the ground , used it for about 2 years , and then decided to go short fender , still have the long fender in a box, in case I decide to use it again.
whats up guys, this is my first post on here so bare with me if I chose the wrong area to do so haha.
Any of you do a full fender conversion recently? I’m in the process on my 2014 fxdb. I bought a Conley’s full fender and can’t find a tail light base light that fits it. Any help would seriously be appreciated.
Thanks!
Well at least you got it sold on the fxr and dyna parts trader, haha
Installed West Coast T-Bars' Cage Crackers. Pleased. Except I was dicking around and smacked my fairing windshield and broke it. Lame. Good thing I have a t-sport fairing to put on and a 15" replacement shield for this fairing before it goes to my buddy's FXR.

Well hey, at least your fork sliders match which t-sport fairing are you throwing on there? As always, bike looks good!

Got the same fairing coming back from paint soon, has been great so far, no issues and have been running for 6 months.
