2007 Front Axle Related Part Numbers

I need to order quite a few fork parts. I have a parts manual on order, but in the meantime, I need to try and order the front axle and related parts. Anyone have the part numbers or even better a breakdown of the front axle and spacers? Thanks.

Crap. Sorry. 2007 FXDC, spoked wheel.

I need the part numbers for the front axle and all related spacers and hardware, and the wheel bearings. I also need the part numbers for the brake caliper mounting bolts. Thanks.
