Default ok quick question on hp/torque

I have a 09 street bob, it currently has V&H short shots, V&H intake, V&H fuelpack, I had a dyno run on it and it was 75.33 hp and 87.81 torque. I am wanting to get some more out of it, I only have about 500 to spend so here are my options.
-SERT and have it tuned at harley, I have been offered a 32109-08a for 350 plus it will cost me two hours to tune at harley
-V&H pro pipe bp about 500 installed myself, maybe sell the short shots for 250 and have some cash to put somewhere else
-SE 204 cams, SE adj push rods, I will have about 350 in this, just retune my fuel pac and off i go
-andrews power pulley, and get some barnett clutch springs, around 250-300 in this
so you see my dilima whats going to give me the most gain in your opinion?

Not sure I have the answer for you but I would recommend posting this in the engine/fuel/intake/exhaust forum. That's where I go for info like this. The guys over there are always tinkering with performance mods.

Good luck!

The first two will show VERY little HP gains on the seat of the pants dyno.

I would pick the cams, you will notice a difference and your milage will suffer less than the pulley.

Do the cams now and the pulley when you have some more money....Or save up more money and do the heads and big bore?

I don't know a lot about this stuff but I'll give my 2 cents anyway. As previously stated, the first 2 options will probably only squeeze a little more out of the bike. However, if you are going to do work inside the motor, you'll probably need a programmable tuning device to get the most out of it and the fuelpak is not going to get the job done. I have a fuelpak and, in my opinion, it's great for what is designed for which is to offset the air/fuel mix using preset settings when you add components that flow more air. So, given your budget, any one of the above is only going to net a little bit. But I wouldn't even bother with the 3rd option unless and until you can afford the first option to go with it.

Option 3 if you can do the work yourself and providing the fuel pack has a map for that exhaust and those cams?

Your best bet is to wait until you have about another $500 saved and do cams. Your going to need a good tuner for the cam change and on average there about $400 + dyno time. Cams with a good tune should net you about 10hp/tq.

You missed another option, I think. Just saying this so you can use your $$$ for additional performance mods rather than perhaps wasting it on dyno time.

As discussed over in the tuning forums, you can get as much performance out of your bike as its got by using a $400-$500 TTS tuner without paying for dyno time and without beating the crap out of the motor. From what I've read, you typically get a little better HP and a little less torque than a pro tuner would.

Its not wasted money as any pro tuner worth their salt can tune with a TTS, many prefer it over the SERT as it provides access to more parameters and is stable. TTS is the current hot ticket for O2 equipped bikes.

Sell the FP if you can.

If you want to be sure you have your best tune, you will need a good tuning pro to do it. But its relatively cheap to give it your best tuning shot and take the bike to a dyno to verify its been done well, IMHO. I've read about a dozen examples of bikes in various states of modification confirming their self tune was spot on. So the confidence is growing.

I would get information about the dealer dyno tech before letting them beat on your bike, thats what they did to mine. I have since gone to expert in the field and it cost me $300.00 worth every dollar. I agree with getting more $$$$ and going for cams and big bore.

The tuner can make or break your build. I totally agree with domenicp7. Do some leg work and research tuners in your area before just going to the stealer.
