I think the 2010 dynas come with 12" shocks. You may be able to go as low as 11" and even add lowering blocks for another 1" if needed. A thinner, narrower seat like the barebones or Mustang Tripper would help too.

Are planning a new bike or a preowned? If a preowned will work out why not go with the Lowrider it's already built with a low seat height, lower shocks and forks. The Lowriders are gone for 2010.

Good suggestion.

I have a Low Rider. I knew about the lower seat & shocks, but are you sure the forks are also lower? I've never heard that before.

It's my understanding that the 2010 super glide seat height is actually 1/4" lower than the 2009 Low Rider. Although, the 2010 seat may be higher, but that is an easy swap for something lower. And if she is currently riding a Sportster, isn't that seat height higher than any dyna?

The Nightster and Sportster Low have low seat heights, but the center of gravity on Sportsters seems to be generally higher than on Dynas.

I have an 09 Super Glide and installed 11" Progressive shocks. This new installed lowered me plenty. In a couple of weeks I am sending my seat off to Mean City Cycles to have them add memory foam and lower me another inch.

Default Super Glide Seat height

The Super Glide feels lower than the Sportster to begin with. However 11 inch progressive Shocks and the Drop In Progressive Lowering Fork Springs along with a Reach Seat or similar and you'll have her plenty low....I could do a seat height measurement for you if that would help.
