Yeah, those numbers are close if not a bit on the low side. Heads run about 40-50 degrees hotter then the oil temp; 300+ degrees at the heads is not uncommon in the hotter climates.
The oil flow to the heads and the piston cooling jets are two good reasons to run an oil cooler and synthetic oil in a twin cam. The engine oil is seeing far higher temperatures at different areas in the engine then the digital dipsticks are actually showing.
