The old saying is: all things being equal, there's no replacement for displacement.
Realistically you wouldn't see any performance gains except on paper, maybe. If you just want to spend some cash and have some fun try a nitrous system of a supercharger, either will make tons more power than any internal work you could do from this point.
If you are like me and enjoy tearing down your own engine, I would say go for it! If you are paying to have it done, the difference may not be that big of a payoff for the money. I am sure you would notice a difference, just not that much.
Check into a Axtell 117" kit. Its a big bore kit but the cases would need to be bored out to accept the new jugs.
Forgot to mention. Depending on how much more displacement you go with, you may need to consider a different cam as well to meet the needs of the new engine. The cam you currently have may work on the 103 but it may not work well on a 107,110,or 117 Just something to consider.
