i went to the harley link at the start of this post, but I couldnt see anywhere that specifically said accepts dual disc - my streetbob does not - but Im likely going to change out the forks for something that does.
Weight is relevant to unsprung weight, inertia, and the effects it may/may not have on ride perfomance and rider fatigue. Maybe not a huge concern, but IMO worth asking.

I have dual Brembos on my '06 Street Bob. Required swapping out the stock lowers for V-rod lowers, some beautiful fabricating by Howard Messner of MotorcycleMetal.com. The problem wasn't the wheels. It was the lower forks and matching the dual rotors to the calipers, so there would be maximum contact. I'm really glad I did it the way I did- I have decreased my stopping distance very significantly: went from 50 mph to 0 in 96 feet with the stock front brake(and Lyndall Gold pads) to 50 to 0 in 76 feet with the dual set-up. That's a car length and a half, the difference between an accident and a close call.
I don't know about the wheels you're looking at, but you'll need to do some work on the forks, if you're going to do the dual brake upgrade. H-D stopped making the upgrade kit for Dyna's after '05. Howard does great work and will work with you.
BTW, lighter wheels= less unsprung weight, and that improves handling.
