Default Bent risers maybe?

Hey folks, I dropped my bike a few weeks ago on the right side. I was on the bike and grabbed the throttle side with the wheel turned to the right and picked it up. I think I might have bent the risers. I noticed a few days after that the headlights were uneven. I adjusted the lights and put the toolbag on the risers above the headlights.

Today I was riding and noticed that it felt like my left hand was forward of my right. I also noticed that the risers were not even. The right one seems slightly back.

How would you guys go about fixing this??

you might try loosning them up at the base and at the bars, re-align everything and re-tighten... that should work unless somthings bent

You may have twisted the forks in the triple trees, that will through every thing off!Check your front tire and fender fit, if it's off then you will know it's your trees are out of whack.

The same thing happened to me. They twist in the rubber mountings.

Loosen the bolts that attach the risers. You must also loosen the bolts that secure the handlebar. Push it back into the right place and re-tighten all the bolts.

The Fat Bob risers are quite long so they only need to be slightly out at the bottom to make a big difference at the top.

Perfect advice. I just did this and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the help.

do you mean twisted triple trees, as in bent or is that something you can adjust....what do you mean by checking front tire and fender fit.....my front end has been out of whack since i bought it....if i let go of the handle bars while i'm riding, i have to lean off to the right for the bike to go straight

you can adjust your front by taking the weight off the front end and loosen the four bolts that clamp the forks on the tree's. Hold the front wheel straight and turn the handle bars to aline. When you got it straight tork your bolts and try it.You may not get it right the first time,But it don't cost anything to do over again.
