He should be alomng shortly. But, I powder coated my push rod tubes gold on the sporty project to make them look real 50 cal shells. They turned out pretty good. I would do the rocker boxes , and for an added twist, I would make a sleeve from an old oil filter, and do it in brass,or gold like I did.
ya man... i am using a trans gold on my harley... i am tooling the underside of the metal to get a better effect on it... but almost all my chome is already been powdered this gold... still have some odds and ends to do but you get the idea
when we lay 1 mil it almost looks platnium, but with the reg thickness it is gooooold
here is our sample bottle of the gold i am using... but there are a ton of other colors out there man! LOTS, of brass, rust, copper... but getting the right effect depends on the base coat for alot of them as well. *when i get my bike out to do the motor next month i will snap some pics of all my linkage and crap that is done in this... my fork tubes and trees are getting it as well

ha ha ha well sorry homey between the 3 customer bikes we have in the shop and my lift and light bar I was putting on my truck all day yesterday, was tough to roll the labtop under the truck with me to answer your questions

Thats pretty frickin cool. I'm deployed right now but should be home the middle of April. I'll send you some pics of what I'm looking for. Thanks man.
