Tuning Question
You can just put the pipes and air and just get the dealer download for now with out dyno you don't need it. The 103 will need the dyno to tune it in but they should have a download for the 103 to break it in for at least 500 miles once done and then dyno it. I would find a good tuner and make sure the dealer if they do the tune know what they are doing. The SERT or SEST which ever one you already have is one the best tuners any way.
I rode my bike hundreds of miles with a Ness Big Sucker, Thunderheader and 54H cams with only XIED's. Not a single issue.
When I tore the engine down for the 103" kit, the pistons were PERFECT, actually lots of carbon.
Install whatever you want and ride it 25 miles to the dealer. Hell ride it more if you want.
You just don't want to do so for hours on-end out on the highway during summer like riding to Sturgis or something.
Install that stuff, thats what makes this all fun.
Maybe after installing a pipe and the A/C you will realize doing a 103" kit at home isn't hard either.
