Should of just bought 3 tire irons for a few bucks and take the tires off yourself its not that hard to do. I do agree 80 bucks is alot. My dealer cost 65/hr takes care of me as far as I'm concerned. Always let's me know what it's gonna cost before hand. In fact just before XMAS I had a SE 103 kit, and the chrome engine kit and a V&H Pipe installed and total labor was 800 bucks.

You are just one badass dude aren't you?? You blow everything through the roof. Talk **** like your the man and can't tell the difference between thinking something is expensive and getting it done for free. He's not asking it to be done for free but simply stating that it's expensive. When you think about it when you get new tire put on your vehicle is $15 per wheel to remove the old one, mount the new, new valve stems and balanced. For 4 wheels that is $60 whether is 15 inch rims or 22 inch rims. He's asking them just to remove the tires and it's going to cost $80. We all know it doesn't take an hour to do that, maybe 10 minutes. Unless you're using the three crow bar method mentioned above, might take a little longer.

Now if you took your bike in I can see costing that much, but since you're looking for a powdercoater I'm assuming you brought the rims in.

Truing at my local indy will charge $30 per wheel. I heard the dealer charging $40 for truing.

First my tire Guy charges me just above his price for the tires, And 35.00 to mount and balance each tire and put back on the Bike. And just went up 5.00 a tire the nerve of that guy trying to make a living. I bring him my car, truck, tractor and everything with tires.

Not sure why anybody would need to go to a dealer to remove a Tire.

I wish you were closer. For ten bucks each I'd take those tires off the rims for you. Buck a minute would please me.
