I had the same left hand mirror issue. I saw a post here about "balancing" the motor here, which is really just loosening the motor mounts let the engine run a few minutes to center itself then re-torgue the mounts. The next time I had the bike in for warranty work I talked to the service mgr and he pulled the instructions down from Harley ( there was a bulletin about it) and no more vibes or unusable mirror. Acutally I didn't have the problem until I had taken it in for the 1000mi service, they re-torqued the mounts to tight and I believe that is what caused the issue in the first place.

I have some serious vibes now. When I get the time, Im going to try the vehicle alignment procedure to help cure the problem. It's almost unrideable.
LWOS...it's not difficult to install. If you can operate an allen wrench you can install the TT.
As far as what Sniper said, I did run the dragon pretty hard without TT. I didn't have any issue with those tight twisties. I did find on the long sweepers that is where the bike sucked as far as handling. That's also where Sniper would pick up speed and lose me.

So you guys think loosening the Heim joints, the True-Track bolts, the motor to mount bolts, loosening the drive belt, and running the engine a few seconds will settle everything and help with the vibration? I'm willing to make the experiment to see. Maybe I'm making too much of the vibration, it isn't bad, just more than I had before. It's much like my Sportster, which makes sense to me as the Sportster has two extra tie links (compared to the Dyna) in similar positions on the frame as the True-Track. Maybe someone with a Sportster manual could see if there is a similar procedure for balancing the power unit on those? I included my book when I sold that bike.
Usually just loosening the front mounting bolts a bit and running the bike a few second while upright (I did it on my jack) turn the engine off and tightening will reduce the vibes. Otherwise you may have some solid to solid contact somewhere, or excessive clearance between the front mount and frame. I think the TT has some limit adjustment, perhaps you are bumping up on it?
I have a sputhe positrac installed, a smaller stabilizer but same concept as the TT, and the vibes are different but certainly not worse.

Sigmoid, one comment you made caught my attention as something to look at: "The front one shifted a bit but it's all rubber so a big screwdriver to lever it into alignment was all I needed.". I've removed my front motor mount bolts a few time, always upright in a chock with the engine supported, and its never wanted to shift on me - just vertical movement that I control with the jack to reinstall the bolts. I think the suggestions to lossen your existing mounts, stock and true-track, are good ones to ensure the motor itself is resting on the mounts without binding. But, ensure the engine is aligned within the frame first.
I've got a TT on order and I believe the first thing I'll do is verify the OEM mounts are right before installing.

If anyone is interested here is an update: I checked my alignment and it was good, then loosened all the mounting bolts and Heim joints. I made sure the bike was level and ran it for 5 seconds per the shop manual, tightened everything back to spec, and the vibration is now pretty much back to the same level as before the True Track install. I don't know if I messed up or if this is a necessary step when fiddling with the engine mount bolts (these are the motor mount to frame bolts, not the actual motor to mount bolts), but doing it seems to have solved the vibe problem.

I have TT kits on both my Dyna and Glide. It is the only way to travel! Haven't noticed any vibration problems with either bike, but the improved ride and handling is well worth fitting them.
I had a silly problem with my Dyna, when the adjuster bolt came undone and jammed the two mounts together. That created terrible vibration! I can see no purpose for that so screwed it right home out of the way. All it does now is fill the hole! Sorted.
