Thanks man.... but id rather not the bike is new to me runs perfect if i go messing with that im sure ill F it up.

I usually do.

unless rejett the carb is so easy a dummy can do it

It look like you got the hardest part already done. Get the service manual and go for it. If you bought the bike used, it may have already been done.

Ok my bad i was thinking you had the round filter and the stage I thats about your only option if you want to go with something smaller and round your going to have to get the stage I filter assembly.

Just got back for Harley. confirmed stage 1. something Im not yet comfortable doing. I need some forward controls put on so Ill have them do them both together.

Fred, forwards are very easy to do if you did those yourself with little help and advice from forum members and maybe some local buddies you would more than save enough money for the stage I and carb rejetting. Forwards i put on my 07 fxdc in my own garage in less than an hour.
