What seat do you have on it now?
If you have a two-up seat, you may wish to get a second mounting nut for the rear fender. Or, you can just relocate you exisiting nut. Other than that, you shouldn't need anything else.

Are you getting it with the passenger pillion? I bought that seat for my Steet Bob with the passenger pillion and I had to buy the part to attach the passenger pillion which was $6.95 I think. Without the passenger pillion it come with the hardware.
