yeah, running some ngk's and picking up 1hp or so, you ain't gonna feel it. Now find a few ways to pick up 1-2 hp suddenly you have a nice difference, 2hp from a better than se a/c .the right pipes, plugs, oil, dyno suddenly instead of 72 hp 83 tq, you got 78hp and 90 tq. That difference can be noticed on the street, individually no, combined yes.
