I have an 08 Lowrider that I put 2" Rush slip ons that I love the sound of but I need to finish the stage I upgrade. Is anyone using the Fuel Moto tuner? I've heard alot of good thing about them just wanted to put it out there for additional information to make a decision between Fuel Moto EFI or V/H Fuelpak.
Yes I have but I didn't find out any information about the Fuel Moto EFI tuner. Is anyone using it and whats the difference between it and the PC III or is it just one and the same?
Call and ask Jamie or Kevin at FuelMoto, but I'll bet that they just pasted their label on a Power Commander. It looks just like a PCIII. Don't buy a a FuelPak, it doesn't have near the tun ability of the other options.
If you're looking to save a buck, and don't plan to change the AC anytime soon, I'll sell you an XIED from Nightrider for $50. This worked great for me when stock, and with just slip-ons. When I added 2:1 pipes and AC I changed up to a PCIII so that I could get a Dyno tune.
Our Fuel Moto EFI Tuner is essentially a PC III with our label. The only difference between them is like the PC-V, the FM Tuner does not have the 3 broad range buttons of the Power Commander III. It also does not have the same price tag, because we sell consumer direct the retail price is $239.00.
I might be on a different page here but what you show in that pic is I believe an autotuner that you couple up with a pc-v.
The pc-v along with a map selected with your bikes intake/exhaust will move you away from the stock lean hd fuel platform, but that box you are showing coupled with the pc-v autotunes to your exact running needs not just a map downloaded.
Maybe you knew that allready? I've got an pc-v and been thinking about in the near future adding that little box you have pictured myself....
Jamie thanks for the information. I've read alot of good things about your company but I've seen very little information about this tuner. How did it come about?
