New to forum though I'd jump in. Remember when Chevy's went from 327 to 350, or 427 to 454? Which is more prized? Those cars with the smaller 327 and 427 auguably are holding their own. A few more cc or ci are not necessarilly better. I am really loving my old 06 lowrider, plenty of power for this old man.

The '27s were better motors due to their stroke. Better revs meant higher HP could be got.
Not too worried about it. By the time I'm done, there won't be much value in that old '06 anyway. If it's still running, there won't be too many original parts left, either.
in time the value of the bike will also depend on what you've modified: exhaust, chrome etc. I don't want to think about selling my bike, I want to think about riding it for a very long time.
Bull!! 2006 Dynas will have about as much collector value as a 1992 Dyna Daytona Anniversary, an 85th Anniversary, a 30th Anniversay ElectraGlide, a 95th Anniversary, a 100th Anniversary, a 15th Anniversary Fatboy, etc, etc. etc.
It's not like it is a 1965 ElectraGlide with a last year Panhead and First year Electric start.
Don't concern yourself with the collector's value, just use it for what it was made for had have fun.
I was just considering that this will be the only TC 88 with a six speed. If nothing else it is certainly a unique bike in that it was only produced for a single year. Proud to own and ride my 06 Lowrider.
