first ride with bub pipes
So I got my bub straight aways, big sucker, and accel SLM installed as I posted before. This week the temperature was above the freezing mark one day so I took it for a test drive. It works and sounds awesome although my neighbours may disagree. It's loud!

I've been thinking of the straighaways or lakesters for some time now....what made you go with the straightaways? Trying to find a clip somewhere I can hear them. Haven't found one at the bike gatherings either to listen or check out. I have the Rinehart slip-ons now and love the sound, but want a more straight looking pipe and not the small into larger pipe look at the mufflers.

I went with them mostly for the style. I like the straight pipe look and wanted staggered pipes. I'd post a clip if I had a video camera but I don't. If you go on bub's web site they have a clip of the straight aways on a sportster.
And yeah, haha, I realize my garage is quite a mess. I've kind of been putting off a major cleanup as I'm storing alot of stuff for friends right now. Hopefully this spring I'll do something with it.

I have BUB true duals on my Ultra and love the sound. Nice rumble when you roll on the throttle, but mellow while cruising. I don't want to go too load on the Super Glide, but considering the BUB Lakesters. Just need to hear them first.
