Default Bars can you use without changing cables

I'm going to be changing my bars soon and I'd like to know and it might be handy for allot of other people to know what bars will bolt straight up without changing anything but the bars. I'll start, my current bars, at least the ones in my sig pic are Flanders H5s pre dimpled for Harley they will bolt straight up. I did bend the metal part of the brake line over to the bar but that was it.

There are some guys here who have gone to a 4 1/2 rise with no problems.

I went from stock bars to the street slammers with all stock length cables. I also went with a one piece front brake line. I'm pretty sure you can get away with going as high as 8"s of rise and the bars being around 32"s wide as long as you don't go crazy with pullback, maybe around 3"s or so.

I went from stock to 6" strait risers and drag bars (part #'s from the night train) With no changes.

Its a little tight when turning full right.

Nice keep em coming.I've got a set of Heritage bars I'm playing with but I'm going to paint em black before I bolt everything up, hmm, on second thought maybe I ought to fit all the controls before go through the hassle of painting them.

Thanks for the info guys. Just got a new FXD and those stock bars have to go. I'm thinking about superbike style bars. I like my bars wide and low.

I put on Sportster bar 56085-83T. It is called the xr1000 flat track bar. No problems with stock cables, just bend the steel brake line slightly by hand. I believe it is also available in black.........
