you mean warped perhaps? I assume maybe you are having trouble getting one out maybe? Anyway, they are not wrapped in anything, they just slide in and are held by a bolt from the side. If you are having trouble getting one out there is a thread full of ideas on here, I think even sliding a wood block with a rope ran through it up in there (barely smaller than the baffle ID) then yanking to get it out was one of the good ideas, there are several more.

I'm fairly sure those pipes automatically come with the standard baffles which are not wrapped with any deadening material. The quiet baffles are the ones that are wrapped and are a special order item from V&H. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Definaltely, not wrapped I have had mine out. I was thinking about cutting them in half to make them louder. But I didn't.

Looked at my set and was thinking of toning the sound down a little/deeper tone but did'nt think the baffles could be taken out as the exhaust is curved..so it's possible then ???

Mine are Cobra pipes, I had problems getting mine out at first. I finally removed the bolts holding them in and fired it up and the baffles came out on their own. Cleaned them up, shortened them by about 3 inchs and reinstalled.
