Thanks guys. I looked in to what WS6 said and thats a good idea, but i think ill try the kuryakyn set. By the way that was a creative idea with the skull medallion over the old mid shift lever. WS6 is that a custom paint job on your lowrider? I never liked green bikes until i seen yours. nice rides guys
It's a factory custom paint job. Harley Davidson offers three different custom paint jobs each model year on certain models during the winter months. I first found this out when I was looking to buy and the dealer had a Sportster parked out front in this color, as I was walking past it I stopped and took a second look because the color was changing from green to gold metal flake, and to teal. The Custom colors also have a different decal then the other paint jobs (Has gold leaf in it).

bought hd chrome and instead of removing primary I took a hacksaw blade and cut the shaft from behind then pulled it out the front . a chrome plug came with the kit .
saved a couple of hours work.
