With all the bad customer service out there, just want to give a shout out to Gerbings for their awesome customer service.
The battery/charger for my new hybrid heated gloves was defective, so Gerbings gave me a RA # and within a week I received the replacement. Fast, courteous and professional. Seem like a well run company with good products.
I went to go and pick up my new jack from J&S Jacks to avoid the shipping costs, and those guys went above and beyond what I expected when I got there. He went out of his way to explain exactly how the jack worked and all of the ins and outs of it. He even did the same demonstration that he does on the website where he sat on the front fender of his bike and it was still stable with out any straps on it. This was probably one of the best customer service experiences in a long time.
