Looks great. I'm interested in the ride handling now also.

My lowered Fat Bob handles great.
I used 1.75" blocks with the stock shocks and slide the forks up the trees 1".

The ride is rougher, to be sure. But that was what I was looking for. This is only a stop gap until I pay the bike off and then chop it! To be honest, it isn't all the much rougher than riding with the stock shocks set to their stiffest setting.

Ground clearance is less. I'd say, "36C". Any normal sized speed bumps will be alright if taken at low speeds, but the new-fangled Wal-Mart-type 18" bumps will be a little hairy. Just putting around town today, I had no issues with bottoming out.

I tried grinding about 1/4" off the kickstand stop, but this did not do very much to change the lean angle. So I have a shorter kickstand coming this week.

I love this mod. The thing just looks so much better slammed the way it is. Stands like a German Shepard does!

What if I'm around 290 and the wife is 150ish(don't know, don't ask) when we ride now on the fatbob I keep the shock fully extended... If I stick the 1in or 1.75in blocks on the bike and don't do the front(dont want to) How will that ride as far as bottoming out or will it be fine? we dont have a problem botoming out now at all but I wonder with having it lowered in the back...

oh yeah your bike looks good... I'm diggin it....
