Is it just me, or does everyone stash away their old parts for future projects? I've updated the scoot several times in the last two years, and seems like I'm accumulating boxes of parts in my garage.

not me I ebay all my take off's. Helps offset the cost of mods quite a bit.

I keep my stuff around, sometimes when someone mentions something they are looking for here on the forums, I'll sell my part to em at half price of new.

Little bit of both, I keep the old stuff until the pile gets too annoying to look at anymore and then I put a bunch of stuff on eBay all at once. As a matter of fact, it's getting to be that time again...
