Just got a 2010 Fat Bob and thinking of the usual accessories for overnight and longer rides- windshield and saddlebags. I would like some bags that are detachable, and not too wide. Just need a rain suit and street clothes. So...any one tried Harley's new (Sept. '09) detachable bags for Dyna PN 90181-08A, or seen them on a bike. I am considering Boss bags as well. BTW, I don't like brackets that extend out the bags. Also considering Harley's 15 inch detachable windshield, the short one with Black braces. I was considering other brands, that have a smaller profile, but have been told some of these turn into razor sharp pieces if you crash. I noticed National has a very low profile windshield out recently, but not available for FXDF. Any feed back would be great. I have read other posts on this, but still interested in more discussion. Pictures are great.
I also have a Wind Vest on my 09 FB and agree with dc3684 (low profile, does not look bulky or out of place on the bike)
I am running a different shield on it made by Cee Bailey it is lower, tinted they call it a Summer Shield....
Let me know if you would like some pic's.....
Thanks all for the input on a wind shield for Fat Bob. I agree the wind vest fits the style well. HSB, I haven not heard of a shield by Cee Bailey and it sounds like what I want. A picture would be great. And I will look in the classifieds once I decide.

Hey CB here is a link to a posting I did some time ago about the sissy bar......
Also are some pic's of the Wind Vest on my bike easy on easy off only 4 allen bolts....
I'm sadly going to be selling it as I am in the process of changing out my bars to a set from a CVO Fat Bob and the mounts are different, I could or should have bought another set of mounts but scored a HD shield to use for now, I'm sure I'll probly regret selling it......
If your intrested PM your email address and I can send you some pic's It will come with the orignal shield and a extra summer shield (brand new darker tint never instaled)......
