shift shaft seal leaking problem

Ok, this has been a really rough problem to figure out. 4 months after buying my 06 Dyna Low Rider, the shift seal is leaking. Get it replaced. A few months later the 5th gear seal starts leaking. Get it replaced. Upgrade the controls to forward controls. 100 miles later leaks again. Suspicious of inner primary since it was just replaced due to install of controls. Replaced, then 200 miles later leak again. Shift shaft seal torn and replaced. Drive 100 more miles leaking again. What gives? Missing something here that is messing up these inner seals.

When in neutral I don't hear any noise between the clutch in and out so IPB is assumed to be ok.

suggestions? Dealer not making much headway but at least they are standing behind the issues.
