Which FXDF should I buy??

Good Evening. Thanks in advance to anyone that can share their thoughts on my dilemma. I just sold my XLH883 & am buying a FXDF in 2 weeks. I have 2 choices that are essentially the same price out the door.
1) 2010 FXDF Stock, Denim Black
2) 2009 FXDF Stock, Special Paint (Orange & Black)
Bikes are essentially the same but the latter has a $2500 paint job which should offset any future resale. Insurance cost is the same. I am on the fence here & this is my 1st new bike so I am hoping for some feedback.
Which would you choose??

I have an 08 Red Denim and I absolutly love it...never seen another like it and that makes it priceless to me..if the 09 is what caught your eye in the first place go for it everyone and there brother has a black paint job. I all bout you man..good luck
