Feul pump keeps running
My bro's 05 wideglide got wet in the storm last week. Up to the lower muffler. Now when u turn the ignition on, the fuel pump runs contiuoulsy ( proper spelling optional) . Anyone ever seen this before ? We think there is a short somewhere , looking for suggestions if anyone can help.

I would start by unplugging the ECM and any fuel management units. See if the connectors are wet. Put some di-electric grease on the terminals.

jmp is correct, start at the bottom of the bike and work your way up looking for any electrical connector, open them and make sure they are dry.
Is anything else acting abnormal? All lights still work? Does it run?

Happened to me, but when i washed it. my ECM connector just got flooded with water, and caused my ride to do all sorts of crazy things, at one point i thought it was doing the Macarena. I disconnected the ECM , WD-40'd the contacts, used a brush to wipe away and debris, put that funky di electric grease, put her together and Boom, she was good to go.
