.................................................

for the tank I just peeled them off, had to go to the store for some goo-gone.

It was a lot of rubbing but it looks fine, no scrathes.

Just be careful when peeling off, I cut my finger on one of the tank badges.
Pictures, please.

Are you sure bobber??

I believe the tank badges on a Stret Bob are over the clear coat.

Low Rider are decals under the clear coat.

Looks like Low Rider folks would need new paint.

Tank badges on the Bob aren't decals. They are pieces of crap stuck on there with two-sided tape.

Are you all ashamed you bought a Harley. I don't know why you would want to remove the Harley Badge. It definently reduces the value of your bike when you remove the name badge. It makes your bike look like an old Clunker, ready for the scrapyard or a restoration.

As long as the MoCo insists on attaching cheap bull$hit to them, I will continue to take it off. It doesn't look like an old clunker, it looks like a new Harley with the cheap bull$hit removed.

PS-It ain't gonna reduce the value of $hit. New ones are 20 bucks a piece...

It's not about hiding the fact it's a Harley. It's about
that sticker looking cheap and I want to put a better
one one.

Agree.

There are some great looking HD tank decals/emblems.

The '06/'07 Low Rider decals are not great looking.

I agree, the decals on the Bob look like ****. I removed them and put a 3 inch tank lift on and it looks great. If i ever trade the bike in I'll order new ones and put them back on. Just because you remove a tank badge dosen't mean your ashamed you bought a harley. Where did that come from? Besides, my derby cover says harley on it, and if you see my bike and can't tell its a harley I could care less. Now if Harley wants to pay me to advertise then they can airbrush their insigna on my tank.lol
