Default 95" to 107" build

Well, the 95" just wasnt enough for me. I decided to tear it down and build a 107" all bore engine. It will be 4.125" bore x 4" stroke (stock 88").

I've got the engine about 75% tore down as of tonight.

I've got to say I am very glad I bought the new lift. Its pretty nice! Last winter I did the 95" build on my dads lift but the lift recently moved to FL with him

Here are some pics, sorry they are Iphone pics so they kinda suck

Nice! Its never enough, lol. Thats why I picked up a couple old Hondas to wrench on. To keep me away from the Harley......for now...

Looking forward to the results.

No, I am going to go with something slightly more aggressive. I am leaning towards a woods TW8G but I keep hearing how noisy they are.

Sounds like what I did, only I went from 88 to 95 to 107 to 117". Good luck with the build.

I know someone who might be interested in the 95 jugs and pistons. What would you want for them?

Default 107" build

I am in the process of rebuilding my 95" (scissored the crank) will be welding and truing a new crank for my 107" build. I am going to continue to run the Woods 6hg cams in the new build. Yes, they are a little noisey, but you get used to it and they make awesome torque. My 95" build put out 113 TQ & 108 HP with stock throttle body and head pipe, head work and 10.25:1 pistons. What are your goal numbers on this build? Do you have some in mind? I amgoing to shoot for 120HP and 120 TQ and anything over that will be a bonus.

Thats pretty much the goal. 120/120 with around 10.5:1

I already have the jugs and pistons sold. I'll be installing them in another HDF bike!

Probably still have mine. If your friend is interested I'll go up on the loft and look for them. Any idea what the market price is?

Used? How many miles on them and is there any damage?
