Go to User CP and on the left side under Settings & Options select "Edit Options."

In the center table you should see "Messaging & Notification",

Under "Private Messaging"

"This forum features a private messaging system, which allows members to send messages to one another privately.

If you do not want to send or receive private messages, you may disable the private messaging system.
Enable Private Messaging"

Be sure "Enable Private Messaging" is checked.

Click save changes and you should be set.

Yeah I have that selected already... and people say to me to enable my pms... and when i click on there name it doesnt say anything about pm'ing them... I dunno

I stumbled across this as I was researching the crossback for my new Fatboy Lo and wanted to get in touch with you. Sadly i'm new and don't have the 5 posts required for PM yet, i tend to lurk and learn before piping (sorry for the pun) in on topics I shouldn't. what's the best way to contact you to chat about these pipes for my new toy? I'm seriously interested in the Black pipes (either staggered or flush to be determined), if the deal is right and the time fits I would like to have these shipped immediately to have them installed on Saturday when the dealership replaces the rear fender they dented when preping my bike. Thanks for the help.

Guess I got the wrong button and didn't quote that properly, so i'll just say that I directed that last post toward DR. V-TWIN, thanks for any help you can provide.

Sweet, wich I coulda rode yesterday, it was the 3rd straight day of solid rain in a row. Kills a weekend pretty fast. Anyway thanks for the help on the pipes, I'll do some quick talking on Monday to try and get a set coming.

I know this is an old post but has anyone tried to put these pipes on a bike with mids?

I keep staring at the pictures on bikes and it looks like the spot the mids would be are clear?
