If you just need the mounts (no brake pedal, shift linkage etc) I have a set of black ones from when I switched mine to chrome.

 

Got my Heel rests in today and they are going to look good with my set-up. Just need my forwards to come in now.

I have the slotted shifter and also slotted mirrors and levers, so everything goes together.

 

I still have mid's on my 08 super glide custom. I like my highway pegs and I too use them alot. However, I was reminded how much the mid's are still good for when I was riding along and hit a 2 mile patch of cheese grated road where the mid's came in rather handy.
