Well I can certainly understand that!

OBTW, you're not the only person with rights. And the one right you DON'T have is to tell others what they can and cannot say on a forum. You absolutely have the personal freedom to be a jerk, and I'll continue to defend your jerkdomness with my last dying breath.

I have the right to enjoy the public highways without being threatened by idiots who think they have "rights" to behave however they wish. That just ain't true, skippy. Try shouting "fire" in a crowded movie theater and see what kind of personal freedom rights you actually have.
Seriously, stay in the bike lane from now on

What I was saying is just because rider X has an opionon bases upon his experience doesn't mean that everyone including me are subject to the decisions he has made based upon that experience.
Make sense or do I need to use smaller words?

Go back and read the whole thing and you will find I was goofin with the OP and not really busting his chops full gas just funnin with him and poking fun at the fact that he goofed and knew it.........he was obviously fine since he was able to come in here and post up his story.

My opinion is based upon my experince and while I use that to guide myself I would NEVER come in here and tell others thats how they should think or act based upon what I've decided.

Consider yourself the hornets nest and I kicked it for fun I guess, now lets hug and I'll promise not to go to FL and ride like any of the poor exaples given in any posts on the internet, found in smoke signals or sent out via carrier pigion

Oh and for the record, I dont drag race being I have nothing to prove that I cant do standing face to face. If you want to race go to a track.

I don't know - are you having difficulty with longer words. Erudition is not incontrovertibly predicated upon the obfuscation of nugatory sesquepedelians, so I'm sure what length has to do with anything.

You object to others calling you out - fine. Stay in your sandbox and play nice with the other children and it won't happen again.

Good to hear from another local.....Long Branch's finest were no where to be found, which is rare, like you said....it happened down by Ursala Plaza on the north bound side, you can probably still see the rubber trail I laid down.
Im surprised that I dont have flat spots on the tires....gonna have to give them another once over before I take it out tomorrow.

I have no poblem being called out by a man, which it seems you are not.
You have picked apart my posts like a child looking for his mothers tit when nothing but that will satisfy your cravings.
Also it seems You are apparantly are one of the many who prentend on a daily basis to be something you are not, but I must agree that while I've been man enough to state my position all you have done is make a great argument for others of my thinking while at the same time come over as quite the douce bag.

So please old man ride your geezer glide in a mighty safe manner and when the 1%ers ride by shake your head in disgust and profoundly rebuff them thinking of me as you pull into the ice cream shop with your other pirate dressing Village People wanna be friends but remember as you do that when you pull up to a stop light and the driver of the car next to you has fear in their eyes and soul and you get that I'm a bad *** feeling in your heart its because of US, not you, you poser.

I'm out for now on this subject becaue any further posting with you will only make us both look like retards instead of just you as it has been up to this point.

Peace

MS

Thanks for telling your story hopefully it will get people thinking twice and maybe even save a life.

Another good practice is to keep an eye on your mirrors when you come to a red light or stop sign, at least until a cager has stopped behind you. This year I was sitting in my ford ranger at a red light and some idiot on a cell phone hit my rear bumper at full speed, his car was totaled and I had to help him pry him out of his vehicle. If I was on my bike I would not be writing this...

The OP was not lecturing or advising others how to ride, he was just related a life changing experience, take it for what it's worth, no need for you to come down on him for being honest.
yeah dude i wasn't coming down on the OP at all.

look back at my first post in the thread. i actually believe it showed a ton of insight and maturity for him to post up like he did.

i came down on the second dude who came in and posted in a manner as if to say "tsk tsk, going fast is bad"

of course everyone wants to see what their motor can do. ****, you and i wana see what our stock 96" can do.

just because someone throws in cams, strokes their motor out or whatever...doesn't mean they're gonna go out and endanger people.
