That was a big job, and I'm glad I did it myself. I built all my own tools so I saved big time on this project. I haven't been out side yet today so not sure if it's leaking or not...I'm sure it's fine (it's hard to type with your fingers crossed). When I got back from my ride last night dropping in to first was real ruff and I couldn't find nuetral. Hopefully a clutch adjustment is all thats needed.
Hell Hound...You'll need a couple of tools for the pulley job. You need a 2 1/14" deep socket(needs to be around 4-6" deep). You'll also need a pulley locking tool used to hold the pulley while you wrench the big a$$ that hold it in place. The last and simplest tool is the primary locking tool which is just a peice of flat bar that goes between the comp sprocket and cluth basket. I'm a metal fabricator and have access to a full shop so I built all my own tools and have access to an arbor press. I would think you wouldn't have a problem going to and fab. shop and asking them to press abearing for you. If someone came to my shop I'd probably just charge them a 12 pack of cheap beer.
